Processwork

a facilitation approach that supports sustainable change, growth, and insight to move forward.

Rooted in a cross-disciplinary, multi-level awareness practice, it follows the unfolding nature of individuals, relationships, families, groups, and organizations—helping them discover, understand, and more fully express who they are.

Processwork is especially valuable for those engaging with challenges around conflict, power, change, creativity, personal and collective development.

Processwork is done with individuals, couples, families, communities and organizations, and can be applied across a wide range of experiences, including , dreams, relationships, social issues, addictive patterns, and altered states of consciousness.

The spirit of Processwork is a non-pathologizing, awareness-based approach to life—one that meets the natural ups and down of human experience with an attitude of curiosity, openness, and a commitment to finding meaning in all experiences.

This respect for all perspectives often brings new information, surprising solutions and resolutions to complex, stuck and apparently intractable situations.

Men’s Work

the practice of becoming a conscious and purposeful man in the presence of other men on the same journey.

It is a space to contend with our relationship to self, others and the world. In a time when many men feel isolated or uncertain of their place, this work offers a grounded and evolving path toward connection, integrity, and meaningful contribution.

Through the intentional gathering of men, we share stories, knowledge, questions, vulnerabilities, strengths, and accountability. Moving between the individual and the collective—between the interpersonal and the systemic—we explore the powerful forces that shape our thoughts, actions, and sense of self as men.

In a good-humoured and intentional atmosphere of deep reflection, experiential learning, and supported risk-taking, men grow themselves and one another. Through conversation, practice, and shared experience, we build a supportive environment where each man is invited to question, define, and embody his own evolving identity. It is a place for laughter, experimentation, and forging genuine friendships. Strengthen your capacity to contribute meaningfully to relationships, communities, and the wider world by clarifying your purpose, deepening your ability to connect, and grounding your sense of responsibility.

The Singing Soul

improvisational a cappella singing—all voice, fully spontaneous, and collaboratively created in the moment.

Through deep listening, following impulse, and attuning to ourselves and one another, we weave strands of sound together. Our destination is unknown—but we journey together.

Staying present to each utterance, shift, and emerging possibility, our expressions gradually take shape—forming sculptures of sound that are of the moment, and of us.

Our spontaneous compositions reflect our humanity: messy, funny, surprising, ethereal, unsure, powerful, deeply moving, inspiring, clear, confusing—and very, very alive.

Structured exercises invite us into new directions of focus, inviting different experiences and outcomes. We cultivate the skills of the improviser: presence, flow, not knowing, relational awareness, and trust in impulse. At the same time, we deepen our musicality—evoking melody, harmony, rhythm, and the space in between them as songs come into being.

Held with care and passion, they arise, unfold, and—on a final exhale—are released, making way for the next song already beginning to stir.
